Palais de Tokyo
Conferences on the initiative of the Fondation Thalie

The aim of this cycle of discussions on contemporary art and its impact in the social sphere is to think about the nature and the influence of artistic activities concerned with societal issues. What artistic processes for what societal transformations? The first part of this programme will present the reflections of several players of the art world as well as foundations who lead actions outside of the field of art.

With the participation of:
Nathalie Bazoche (head of access to culture projects, in charge of the transverses programmes, EDF Foundation), Nathalie Guiot (Founder of the Fondation Thalie), François Hers (artist and cultural advisor, initiator of the new sponsors programme Nouveaux commanditaires), Eléonore de Lacharrière (general delegate Fondation Culture & Diversité), Jean de Loisy (President of the Palais de Tokyo), Catia Riccaboni, (Individualised Funds and Cultural Programmes Manager at the Fondation de France), Frédérique Versaen (head of Public Mediation at WIELS, Brussels).
